He was speaking in an international Conference On information and communication technology for intelligent systems was organised by Venus International College of Technology and ACM chapter at Hotel Silver Cloud, Ahmadabad on 28th November 2015. Over 200 Delegates from different states were present for the ceremony and conference. The aim of the conference was to attract a large number of high quality submissions and stimulation of the cutting-edge research discussions among many academic pioneering researchers, scientists, industrial engineers, Security Experts, students from all around the world.
Dr. M. N. Patel, vice chancellor, Gujarat University addresses this event. He said about Information Technology with evolution of computers. By innovations, we are now able to hold devices in a pocket. He also feels proud to be an Indian by saying about digital India and also as a VC of Gujarat University by providing platform for innovation to students. He also suggest to change according to requirements of Technology.
Dr. Chandan chatterjee, Director, CED address the audience about applied research-turning ideas into business. He also said India is expecting good level of innovation from youth in intelligent systems. To achieve this all educational institute shall take initiative by encouraging young generation.

Nilesh Modi, Chairman ACM chapter initiate the inaugural function by explaining about ACM and role of resources of advanced computing and sharing resources along with networking opportunities in different 37 groups offers volunteer members for research growth.

C satpaty Chairman-Division V, CSI spoke about history of the event in which he said how the conference was organized in just few months and so enthusiasm of organizing institute of this conference; venus international college of Technology. He also explained about editing and reviewing papers to be published in Springer with H Index and I Index to encourage researchers.
Dr. Durgesh Kumar Mishra, Chairman, Division IV, CSI enlightened gathering by his words. He said about what is research. Ph. D is a biproduct of research. Searching again and again is not reserach. Quality has to be there with Four 'Re':(1) Re-ad papers reading again and again changes your thoughts every time, (2) Re-Write in your own words, (3) Re-think about every change, (4) Re-discuss. Along with this he also said importance of innovation which is nowadays lacking in engineering in India.
